A convenient dosing calculator for common antibiotics for children. A slider adjusts the dosage based on the childs weight. Really, its only for my personal use but you can have one for free if you want it. Use your own clinical judgment in prescribing antibiotics. You must decide for yourself if the doses given are appropriate for any particular patient.

You cant type in the weight, very limited drugs, doesnt worth download even though it is free.

Avoid - suspicious app
Would be zero stars if allowed. This app is supposed to allow you to Calc dose by weight for antibiotics. To get to info you have to tap on link that leads you to screen titled "Opiate calculator". Opiates??? in an app for Peds antibx dosing? There is some scanty info re a few antibiotics and no way to do calculations. Basically worthless app. Maybe a first effort by new app creator but feels more like stealth virus. I deleted it.

Used to be good
This app was good when I downloaded it a few years ago. The doses were accurate and quick reference, but it stopped working about a year ago after an apple update. There used to be a sliding bar at the bottom that allowed the weight to be selected. Now, its useless!
